Registration and Tuition

Rexburg TaVaci is a school year based program.  Classes start end of August/beginning of September. We take a break after the Christmas concert in December and resume the first week of January till the concert in May. When you register your child, you commit to the program for the entire year.



Registration Fee for all classes: Email Miss Heather @ phillipsheather09@gmail.com to request a registration form.

Registration fee: for 1 student is $20, 2 students is $35, and 3 students is $50. Each additional child is $5.


Yearly Tuition:

  • $360 for 1 student

  • $675 for 2 students

  • $900 for 3 students

  • $1,125 for 4 students

  • *Please note that if you choose to pay in full and for any reason choose to withdraw your child/children at any time throughout the year you will not receive a refund, however, you will be issued a credit to your account to be used at a later semester.*

For your convenience I accept tuition payments of the total averaged over the entire Tavaci year ( Tuition is based on 32 classes, and 4 performances, not per month).  

  • $40 monthly tuition payment for first student

  • $75 monthly tuition payment for 2 students

  • $100 monthly tuition payment for 3 students

  • $125 monthly tuition payment for 4 students

*All tuition payments are due on time as indicated on the Tuition calender.  Any tuition payments made after that will be subject to a $5 late charge. Unless other arrangements have been made with Miss Heather in advance. There is a  $20 fee for any returned checks

Concert fee (paid twice yearly): 

  • $15 for first student  

  • $25 for a family 


(The concert fee helps offset costs associated with the concert such as: rental of the auditorium, stage set up, etc.).  We do not charge an admission fee, so feel free to invite anyone you would like.)

Costume fee: 

  • Girls costumes are $36 new $21 used ( if available) 

  • Boys costumes are $12 

  • TaVaci tshirts are also available for purchase.

*We use the same costumes every year for both concerts.  We help families in buying/trading used costumes for discounted prices.  Costume fees are subject to change.

Prop Fee:

  • Varies.  Generally $6-$20 per student paid twice yearly one for each concert.
